




Role Overview: The **Key Account Manager** role promotes and sells a portfolio of technical and/or non-technical products and/or services and solutions directly to existing and new end customers. This role informs customers about the introduction of new products/services and their pricing, and creates, monitors, and reviews opportunity generation plans to ensure a robust sales pipeline. You Will: * Establish valuable negotiations with customers aligned with commercial policies. * Develop and achieve sales budgets with sustainable growth. * Identify customer needs and develop work plans that enhance their productivity. * Coordinate across various account teams to implement and execute work plans agreed upon with customers. * Build strong, valuable relationships with customers to increase their loyalty to our company. * Address and respond to any customer concerns responsibly—both toward them and toward our company. * Draft commercial contracts and sales orders in accordance with commercial policies. * Systematically prepare sales forecasts within required timeframes. * Coordinate with supply chain and finance departments regarding product deliveries to our customers. * Ensure proper customer payment collection in coordination with the company’s accounts receivable manager. Requirements: * Graduate in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. * 3 years of solid commercial experience in swine production. * Experience leading and coordinating work teams. * Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced English.
