We are seeking to hire a recently graduated Junior Architect with solid proficiency in digital tools, a strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn and grow within the firm. Responsibilities: * Development of architectural drawings in AutoCAD (advanced level) * Architectural modeling in SketchUp and Revit; creation of renders and architectural visualization in Lumion, 3D Studio Max, AI * Support in the development of construction documents * Revisions, corrections, and project follow-up * Organization of graphic and technical information * Occasional support in site reviews and construction monitoring. Essential Requirements: * Recently graduated Architect (graduated no more than 1–2 years ago) * Full operational proficiency in AutoCAD * Demonstrable experience with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3D Studio Max, and 3D AI * Portfolio required (academic or professional) * Must reside in Puebla * Personal vehicle (preferred) Availability for 100% in-person work. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation Structure: Probation period (3 months): $4,500 MXN biweekly. Upon successful completion of probation period: $5,500 MXN biweekly.
