We are a company dedicated to management and construction projects seeking an **Operational Assistant** with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to support operational supervision activities, technical reviews, and field visits for projects related to sanitary landfill operations. This position targets individuals who are eager to learn, gain field experience, and support technical and operational activities related to infrastructure and site operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture** (intern, completing thesis, or recent graduate). * Basic knowledge of **reading and interpreting construction drawings**. * Availability to **conduct field visits**. * Interest in learning about environmental infrastructure operations. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Support **site supervision visits** within the sanitary landfill. * Review and interpret **construction drawings and technical documentation**. * Assist in field surveys and verification of on-site conditions. * Prepare technical reports and supervision records. * Monitor operational and maintenance activities on site. * Support technical and administrative documentation for projects. **Personal Competencies:** * Willingness to learn. * Responsibility and organization. * Strong observational skills in the field. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **Working Conditions:** * 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Lunch break. * Proactive work environment and opportunity to grow within the team.
