Preparation of employment contracts and personnel file management Job Objective: Ensure accurate payroll calculation, processing, and compliance with payroll-related obligations, guaranteeing adherence to tax, labor, and social security regulations. Main Responsibilities: Payroll preparation and calculation via the NOI system Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and indemnities Management of employee registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments with IMSS Determination and calculation of employer-employee contributions (IMSS and INFONAVIT) Calculation of Work Risk Premium Personnel file compilation and management Preparation of individual employment contracts Calculation and management of payroll-related taxes (ISR and payroll) Management of REPSE-related processes (registration, renewal, and informative reporting) Ensure compliance with legal obligations in labor and social security matters Job Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Administration, or related field Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position Technical knowledge of payroll, labor legislation, and social security Key Competencies: Attention to detail Administrative organization and control Confidentiality in handling information Numerical analysis Responsibility and compliance Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
