Participation in onboarding, training, and talent development Job Objective Support administrative and operational activities within the Human Resources department, contributing to recruitment processes, personnel administration, document control, and support in human talent management. Functions and Responsibilities * Support **recruitment and selection** processes (posting job vacancies, reviewing CVs, contacting candidates). * Support the **compilation of personnel files**. * Create and update **personnel databases**. * Support **attendance incident tracking** (absences, tardiness, vacations). * Support the preparation of **employment contracts, work letters, and administrative documentation**. * Participate in **onboarding activities for new employees**. * Support **training and development activities**. * Follow up on administrative procedures within the department. * Support the organization of internal company events or activities. Requirements **Education:** Student in the final semesters of: * Business Administration * Psychology * Human Resources * Industrial Relations or related field **Experience:** Not required (prior internships or social service experience preferred). Knowledge * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Basic Human Resources concepts. * Basic knowledge of **recruitment and personnel administration** is desirable.
