We seek a **Controller Analyst** with a strong sense of urgency, technical precision, and analytical capability to join our finance team in the Vallejo area. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Accounting Management:** Record and analyze high-volume accounting transactions in **SAP**. * **Reconciliations:** Prepare payment proposals and bank reconciliations, including intercompany balance management. * **Strategic Closings:** Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closings, guaranteeing data integrity. * **Compliance:** Monitor proper implementation of internal policies and current tax/legal regulations. * **Reporting:** Generate detailed financial reports for business analysis and decision-making. **Desired Profile (Mandatory Requirements):** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (**Professional degree certificate required**). * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of accounting experience in complex manufacturing companies (Food Industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods preferred). * **Software:** Proven proficiency in **SAP** (or other ERP systems such as JDE or Oracle). * **Knowledge:** Solid foundation in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs), reconciliations, and account analysis. * **Competencies:** Attention to detail, results orientation, and excellent teamwork skills. **What we offer:** * Competitive gross salary of $18,000 \- $19,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability at a world-class company. * Opportunity for professional development in the Controller area.
