The incumbent must also manage communication with various involved teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure successful project completion. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. **Project Management:** o Design, plan, and supervise project development from conception to completion. o Establish schedules, deadlines, and specific objectives for each project. o Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses. 2\. **Technical Supervision:** o Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with technical and quality specifications. o Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions in case of deviations. 3\. **Budgets and Resources:** o Develop and manage the assigned project budget. o Control costs and optimize resources to ensure project profitability. 4\. **Team Coordination:** o Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders. o Supervise contractors, suppliers, and internal staff. 5\. **Risk Management:** o Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. o Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable standards. 6\. **Reporting and Documentation:** o Prepare progress reports, document project development, and present results to management or clients. o Maintain detailed records for audits or subsequent analysis. **Job Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in related fields (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Electrical, etc.). · **Experience:** 2–5 years in technical project management or similar roles. · **Technical Knowledge:** o Project management methodologies o Design and planning software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, MS Project, Primavera, etc.). o Advanced knowledge of technical and safety standards. · **Skills:** o Leadership and teamwork capabilities. o Problem-solving and decision-making skills. o Communication and negotiation skills. o Organizational skills and efficient time management.
