Proficiency with advanced tools such as WordPress, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud. **We’re looking for talent like you!** Join our team as a **Web Designer** Work location: Nubes 711, Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, 01900 Ciudad de México, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM **We Offer** Net salary of **$12,000 to $15,000 MXN**, based on experience\+ Statutory benefits **Requirements** * Age 20 or older * **Bachelor’s degree or incomplete degree** in Graphic Design, Web Development, Programming, Digital Communication, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in web or multimedia design and development, preferably within digital agencies or technology-driven environments. **Knowledge** * WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix Studio, or similar platforms. * Programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or React (preferred). * Use of artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Leonardo AI, D\-ID, Synthesia, etc.). * AI-powered multimedia content creation: automated generation of videos, images, and text. * UX/UI principles, responsive design, and user experience best practices. * Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, After Effects). * Technical SEO knowledge and web speed optimization. * Integration with CRM systems, APIs, automation tools, and e\-commerce platforms. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop custom websites using templates, frameworks, and AI-powered tools. * Create high-impact visual landing pages, digital presentation letters, and interactive portals. * Develop and maintain mobile applications and web apps alongside the development team. * Apply artificial intelligence to generate multimedia content (images, video, audio, and text). * Optimize user experience (UX/UI), site/app speed, and functionality. * Integrate APIs, CRM systems, chatbots, and AI-supported automated workflows. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO, SEM, and digital funnel strategies. * Ensure all developments meet Tactika’s technical and visual standards. * Maintain and update clients’ websites, applications, and systems. * Document processes, prototypes, and development versions. **Apply Through This Channel** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site
