Position Summary: This role seeks a Scrum Master to ensure Scrum framework adoption and facilitate interactions within the cross-functional team to maximize value delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and guide teams in Scrum/Kanban/Lean agility 2. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure objective attainment 3. Track improvements identified in Sprint retrospectives Position Objective Ensure the Scrum framework (theory, practices, and rules) is adopted by the cross-functional team; facilitate interactions among team members to maximize value delivery. Main Responsibilities Lead and guide the team in adopting Scrum/Kanban/Lean agility. \*Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure their execution as well as achievement of established objectives. \*Track actionable improvements identified during Sprint retrospectives. \*Following each Sprint Planning, ensure the Sprint Backlog is visible to all team members and execute and report on Sprint closure. \*Facilitate board creation.
