Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in project control, cost management, and coordination, focused on results and problem-solving to manage projects from inception to completion. End-to-end project management, from planning through closure * 3 to 5 years as a Project Manager * Experience in project control, cost management, and client interaction * Ability to coordinate multiple departments * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills * Strong organizational and leadership abilities **Desirable:** Project certification (PMP, Scrum) **Key Responsibilities** * Development of **Project Charter and WBS** * Schedule planning and activity assignment * Coordination with internal departments and the client * Physical progress tracking of the project * Control of **costs, budget, and margin** * Management of **Change Orders and risks** * Contractual compliance and claim handling * Coordination of progress meetings * Validation of deliverables * Compilation of technical dossier and final documentation (**Data Book**) * Technical and financial project closure Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $35,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * 5 years: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
