About the Role Academic Program Coordinator – Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the proper academic and administrative operation of the educational program, guaranteeing compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines before agencies such as SEP and CENEVAL. Your work will align with our global mission, driving impact in academic excellence, student experience, academic indicator tracking, and campus operational efficiency. Your Key Challenges • Supervise the proper implementation of study plans to ensure academic quality and institutional compliance. • Coordinate academic operations—including groups, schedules, and courses—to ensure an optimal experience for students and faculty. • Monitor enrollment, retention, and academic performance indicators using metrics and KPIs that support data-driven decision-making. • Manage academic and administrative processes with educational institutions such as SEP and CENEVAL, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. • Supervise the administration and follow-up of EGEL assessments and other academic accreditation processes. • Maintain ongoing communication with faculty, students, and parents to strengthen academic service and support. • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to implement continuous improvement strategies focused on results. • Analyze academic and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to achieving institutional goals. Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Informatics, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related fields. • Master’s degree in Education, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Sciences, or a related engineering field is desirable. • Minimum 3 years of experience in academic coordination, educational management, or academic program administration. • Experience handling procedures and processes with SEP, CENEVAL, and other educational agencies. • Experience interacting with and supporting faculty, parents, and students. • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. • Experience analyzing metrics, academic indicators, and KPIs. • Familiarity with technology platforms and tools applied to education. Desirable: • Prior experience in higher education institutions. • Knowledge of accreditation and academic quality processes. • Leadership, service orientation, and assertive communication competencies. • Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability. • Results-oriented mindset, resilience, and proactivity.
