Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technical Support professional to provide computer and telecommunications assistance, ensure equipment functionality, and coordinate maintenance. Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment and CCTV A company dedicated to the development and commercialization of flavors, fragrances, active ingredients, and natural raw materials for the food, fragrance, cosmetic, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries is currently seeking a: ***IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT*** EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience in system administration environments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Promptly provide technical support services to company users regarding all computer or telecommunications matters. Verify proper operation of computing equipment and company network infrastructure. Indicate correct usage of systems employed for the company’s operational activities. Update and maintain biometric access devices in optimal condition. Coordinate and update user email account records. Coordinate and maintain stock of consumables, peripherals, and accessories for the department. Maintain up-to-date inventory records of equipment (computers and printers). Perform maintenance and formatting of computing equipment. Coordinate preventive maintenance of computing equipment. Coordinate preventive maintenance of CCTV. REQUIREMENTS: Intern, final-semester student, or recent graduate in Computer Science and/or Computer Systems Engineering. Basic English proficiency. Inventory control. Knowledge of and experience administering biometric access controls. Proficiency in Office 365. Patch cord cable assembly. Knowledge of Windows 11. Network fault detection. Computer assembly. WE OFFER: SALARY: $14,000 MONTHLY GROSS GROCERY VOUCHERS ANNUAL BONUS CHRISTMAS BONUS CAFETERIA SERVICE YEAR-END BONUS EQUIVALENT TO ONE MONTH’S SALARY MAJOR MEDICAL EXPENSE INSURANCE LIFE INSURANCE SOCIAL SECURITY AND ALL BENEFITS MANDATED BY LAW WORKING HOURS: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
