**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within our facilities, ensuring inventory integrity and accuracy. This role involves effective stock management, maintaining accurate records, and complying with warehouse safety and organization standards. Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years Age range: 25 to 50 years Intermediate or Advanced Excel Numerical aptitude Minimum 1 year of experience using any ERP system Forklift operation knowledge (recommended) Use of measuring tools Knowledge of 5S methodology Experience in the metal-mechanical industry preferred, but not mandatory Logistics knowledge Personnel management Responsibilities · Counting materials upon receipt and dispatch, signing original documents and retaining copies of all transactions (invoices, movement forms, transfers, and other related documents). · Loading, unloading, and arranging merchandise, as well as verifying it; checking outgoing goods (invoices vs. goods). · Taking photographs of incoming and outgoing warehouse materials · Maintaining a record of signatures confirming material-related documents, whether transfer documents or invoices for local distribution · Documents must specify confirmation that materials arrived in correct quantity and good physical condition, supported by photographic evidence and stamped with corresponding documentation. · Maintaining a chronological daily archive of signed transaction documents · Supervising the use of delivery trucks, coordinating maintenance of delivery units with the branch supervisor, monitoring scheduled maintenance, and submitting vehicle route reports to the monitoring department. · Warehouse cleaning and implementation of 5S · Physical inventory counts, month-end closing, and supporting audits conducted by company administration Skills and knowledge * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Dynamic attitude * Organization * Analytical ability Address: Av.
