Position Summary: Primary Supervision Responsibility in charge of coordinating and supervising technological and financial projects, managing teams and operations to ensure achievement of objectives and quality standards. Ensuring achievement of objectives and quality standards Engineering degree with professional license **MANDATORY.** **Master's degree with professional license MANDATORY.** **Minimum experience: 1** year in service, conservation and/or maintenance of pumping system equipment, chilled water systems, hot water systems and/or heat exchangers, maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning systems. **Job Description** As the Primary Supervision Responsibility, you will be in charge of coordinating and supervising technological and financial projects. Your daily responsibilities will include team management, operational planning and supervision, ensuring achievement of objectives and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Santa Lucia, MEX. **Requirements** * Engineering postgraduate degree in any of the following fields: **Mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, industrial engineering, automotive mechanical engineering.** * Advanced analytical capability and skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions. * Solid knowledge of cost analysis and financial resource management. * Excellent communication skills to lead meetings, draft reports, and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Experience in team management, with leadership and organizational capacity to foster teamwork and achieve common goals. * Knowledge of project management tools and advanced organizational skills will be valued.
