Position Summary: Operations / Shipment Coordinator responsible for product receipt, validation, information management, consolidation of shipment plans, documentation, and ensuring operational visibility and compliance. Or confirm proper use and training on work tools. * Keep Supervisor, Manager, or Client informed of operational status via daily metrics. Or generate and meet area performance metrics (KPIs). * Ensure RTMS information is accurate and up-to-date. * Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective, preventive actions, and process enhancements using quality forms. * Provide visibility into return times and escalate those exceeding standard timelines. * Notify end customers about products to be delivered on time and in full. * Minimum education level: Completed bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Work experience: (Previous positions or areas and years of experience) 3–5 years in logistics operations, including 2 years in a coordination role. * Training: (Technical and functional knowledge) Intermediate Excel, TMS systems, administrative and operational staff management.
