The candidate will be responsible for supervising workshop operations, ensuring efficiency in maintenance and repair services, and coordinating the technical team to meet quality standards and delivery timelines. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise workshop technical staff * Assign work orders and monitor their execution * Perform diagnostics and support diesel engine repairs when necessary * Manage inventories of spare parts, tools, and consumables * Handle service orders, reporting, and cost control * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers * Implement improvements in workshop operational processes **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Workshop Coordinator or similar role * Knowledge of diesel engine maintenance and repair * Experience in administrative management (reporting, cost control, inventory) * Personnel management experience in technical teams * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Mechanical engineering degree (preferred) * Experience with units such as RABON, THORTON, SINGLE AND DOUBLE TRACTORS. * BRANDS SUCH AS HINO, INTERNATIONAL, KENWORTH. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$20,000 to $24,000** (based on experience) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Savings fund * Savings account * 24 days of year-end bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Growth opportunities * Job stability Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $20,000.00 \- $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Savings account * Company parking * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
