Ongoing training and career development plan We are looking for your talent as an **HVAC Technician** A 100% Mexican company experiencing strong growth, specializing in pharmaceutical-grade refrigeration project development, with over 20 years of experience and presence across the Mexican Republic! **JOB REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in refrigeration system maintenance. \- Service-oriented and productive attitude \- Knowledge of measurement tools and electricity \- Teamwork capability \- Flexible working hours **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Preventive and corrective maintenance; implementation and commissioning of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. \- Experience handling measurement tools and instruments such as: pressure gauges, thermometers, ammeters, oscilloscopes. \- Proficiency in welding equipment operation. **WE OFFER** \- Competitive base salary: $12,000 \- $16,000 monthly gross, depending on experience \- Statutory benefits \- Additional benefits \- Ongoing training \- Career development and growth plan \- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Work location: Cuautitlán Izcalli Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms Experience: * Refrigeration: 1 year (Preferred) * Air conditioning: 1 year (Preferred) * Welding: 1 year (Preferred) * Electricity and instrumentation: 1 year (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
