Generation of route status reports We are looking for your talent! **Monitoring Operators** **Objective:** To supervise delivery units in real time using satellite tracking systems and communications, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and safety standards. Contribute to risk reduction, operational control, and improved customer service in distribution. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor delivery unit routes via GPS and telemetry systems. Verify adherence to itineraries, delivery schedules, and authorized stops. Identify and report route deviations, incidents, delays, or risks. Maintain constant communication with drivers and delivery team leaders to provide operational support. Record incidents (accidents, delays, route changes, mechanical failures). Coordinate with logistics, traffic, and security teams to address contingencies. Generate daily route status, timing, and performance reports. Ensure proper use of assigned tools and equipment (radio, GPS, software).
