At ALTEN Mexico, we are looking for a Project Management Engineer to join our diverse and dynamic team. This position is critical to ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and on schedule, through resource coordination and effective communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have experience managing projects across various industries, as well as exceptional skills in project planning and monitoring. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and oversee projects from conception through completion. * Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure achievement of project objectives. * Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. * Generate progress reports and present results to senior management. * Ensure compliance with quality standards at each stage of the project. **Requirements** **Requisitos:** * Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering sectors. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
