**Position Objective:**
We seek an **Accounting Assistant** who ensures the **accurate recording and control of financial and accounting information**, guaranteeing timely issuance of internal reports and compliance with the organization’s tax and accounting obligations.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Record and control **accounting and financial transactions**.
* Perform **bank and tax reconciliations (CFDI/XML)**.
* Track **payments, supporting documents, and accounting records**.
* Maintain up-to-date **fixed asset and depreciation reports**.
* Execute processes related to **electronic accounting and tax obligations**.
* Manage procedures and follow-ups with **SAT, IMSS, and other government agencies**.
* Administer information in systems **COI, NOI, SUA, IDSE, DITO, and SAT portal**.
* Support **monthly accounting closings and tax determination**.
* Work according to **established goals and deadlines**.
**Requirements:**
* **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Financial Engineering, or related field.**
* **2 years of experience** in financial accounting and accounting system usage.
* Experience in **accounting firms** and client management (preferred).
* Knowledge of **financial statement interpretation**.
* Proficiency in **advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite**.
* Strong **numerical analysis skills and attention to detail**.
* **High sense of commitment and organizational ability.**
