Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Utility-Scale Project Development Leader with comprehensive expertise in developing large-scale renewable power generation projects. Experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or energy storage projects. **We’re looking for our next Utility-Scale Project Development Leader** At **BEETMANN**, we continue advancing Mexico’s energy transition. We seek a candidate with strategic vision and solid experience in the **end-to-end development of large-scale (renewable) power generation projects**, capable of driving them from opportunity identification through to **Ready-to-Build** status. **Your mission:** Lead and coordinate every project phase — technical, regulatory, social, and financial — ensuring viability and sustainability. **Key Requirements:** * 10\+ years of experience in **solar, wind, or energy storage** projects at utility scale. * In-depth knowledge of the **Mexican Electricity Market**, and experience handling procedures with **CENACE, CRE, and SEMARNAT**. * Ability to **negotiate land contracts**, manage **interconnection permits and studies**, and coordinate **multidisciplinary teams**. * Preferred: experience in **financial structuring or support for financial close**. **Competencies we seek:** Strategic planning, integrated risk management, regulatory expertise, and collaborative leadership.
