We collaborate with leading brands and deliver high-level services grounded in innovation, advanced engineering, and cutting-edge technology. **Job Objective:** To provide specialized technical support to mobile device users, ensuring accurate hardware and software repairs, and delivering professional and efficient customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to Samsung device users. * Assemble and disassemble mobile phones, tablets, and smartwatches. * Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults. * Support customer service professionally and efficiently. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete university studies in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in technical support and customer service (preferred). * Knowledge of mobile device assembly and disassembly. * Proficiency in mobile hardware and software. * Passion for technology and problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $13,000 MXN * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Monthly food vouchers * 5% savings fund contribution * 21-day year-end bonus * Vacation days exceeding statutory minimums * 100% IMSS contributions * Professional growth and development within a global company **Work Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off per week.
