The role focuses on delivering courteous, efficient, and personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience for diners. We seek individuals with energy, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on hospitality, committed to service excellence. **Job Objective** To guarantee outstanding service in the dining area, ensuring appropriate timing, accurate food delivery, and a satisfying customer experience. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet and attend to guests courteously and professionally during their visit * Present the menu, provide recommendations, and take orders accurately * Monitor order status and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff * Verify correct food and beverage delivery (presentation and temperature) * Maintain clean, orderly, and properly set tables * Assist with replenishing utensils, tableware, and glassware * Collaborate on cleaning and organizing the dining area * Support special events and peak-demand periods **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in service (server, runner, or customer service) * Excellent personal appearance * Flexible availability * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude and passion for hospitality **Key Competencies** * Customer service * Effective communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Organization and attention to detail * Positive attitude **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $9,452.00 * Additional weekly tip income * Statutory benefits starting from day 45 * Professional, dynamic, and pleasant work environment * Opportunities for growth within the service department Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,452.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
