Process Control Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while participating in continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and continuity of production operations. 2. Coordinate the implementation and updating of operational procedures. 3. Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization. **Key Activities:** * Supervise adherence to established controls and parameters for each production process, ensuring quality and operational continuity. * Monitor process performance indicators, identifying deviations and initiating corrective actions to meet objectives. * Coordinate the implementation and updating of procedures, work instructions, and operational control forms. * Verify accurate recording and tracking of information related to production, quality, and process control. * Track incidents, non-conformities, and process deviations, ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate internal and external process audits, addressing findings and ensuring execution of action plans. * Validate line startups, model changes, and process releases according to technical specifications and established standards. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. * Train and guide operational staff on process controls, procedures, and good manufacturing practices. * Prepare performance reports and indicators for the department, presenting results and improvement proposals to relevant management. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and cleanliness standards within assigned areas. * Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, resource optimization, and productivity enhancement. Salary: $10,991.00 - $15,476.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
