Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure the training plan for dermocosmetic segment staff to achieve objectives, in accordance with company-established processes and guidelines. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Define curriculum development for beauty advisors. \- Measure training effectiveness through in-person/virtual visits. \- Negotiate dermocosmetic segment training with commercial partners. \- Safeguard and manage employee kardex records and ensure their timely updates.
