Education Level: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field, or currently completing the degree. Job Objective: Document, analyze, and communicate information related to Tagers' operational and administrative processes, optimizing existing procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the efficient flow of information across different departments. Additionally, play a key role in data analysis to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Gather, define, and standardize operational processes through clear procedures, workflows, and manuals. * Analyze KPIs and key metrics to identify bottlenecks, variations, and opportunities for improvement. * Propose, design, and implement actions to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency. * Coordinate and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption of new processes. Experience: One year in a similar role within service companies (preferably restaurants).
