Job Summary: CINIA is seeking a Process Control Engineer for the Textile Area, responsible for ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of production processes, as well as coordinating product quality assurance. CINIA, an inclusive company, seeks: Process Control Engineer for the Textile Area Requirements: * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Industrial, Textile, or related field * Degree certificate * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position * General knowledge of engineering and/or administrative tools application * Basic English * Proficiency in basic computer software Responsibilities: * Support textile production processes * Ensure compliance with textile processes * Promote a safe, motivating, and high-performance work environment * Ensure production complies with legal and internal regulations and standards * Continuous improvement * Maintain meticulous control of textile processes across all stages and locations * Inventory balance control, receipts/shipments, delivery notes, and process inventory control * Coordinate with the Quality Department to ensure proper product quality assurance * Monitor assigned work plan execution Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
