Daily and weekly work planning according to company requirements, along with evaluation of employee performance and achievement of objectives. Guide and provide necessary instructions to supervised personnel as required to achieve work plan goals. Supervise the fabrication of tooling according to provided specifications, ensuring product quality meets established parameters. Implement work strategies to improve production and reduce manufacturing times, while adhering to established quality standards. Request necessary supplies from the procurement department to support production processes and verify their proper use. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of workshop tooling and machinery.
