




Required Technical Knowledge · Industrial electricity: experience with 110V\~, 220V\~ and 440V\~ three-phase equipment and systems. · Practical application of Ohm's Law and electrical circuit troubleshooting. · Use of measuring instruments: multimeter, ammeter, megger, and pyrometer. · Diagnosis of resistors, thermocouples, and temperature controllers on extruders. · Inspection, wiring, and assembly of electrical panels, contactors, relays, and frequency drives (VFD). · Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. · Basic knowledge in control, instrumentation, and PLC programming. · Industrial mechanics: assembly, adjustment, and alignment of gear reducers, gears, bearings, shafts, and transmission systems. · Electric arc welding with electrodes, applied to structures, frames, guards, supports, and machine reinforcements. · Knowledge in machinery assembly, bearings, and drive systems. · Ability to identify mechanical failures by sound, vibration, temperature, or electrical consumption. · Use of heavy hand tools, bench drills, and workshop equipment.
