**Accounting Data Entry Clerk – Tijuana (Plaza 5 and 10 Area)** **Weekly salary:** $3,355.40 **Position type:** Full-time **Work modality:** On-site **Position objective** Accurately and promptly record, enter, and organize accounting information, ensuring reliable data for the proper administrative–financial operation of the company. **Main responsibilities** * Entering accounting information into internal systems (journal entries, transactions, and records). * Downloading, classifying, and organizing CFDIs, XML files, bank statements, and tax-related documents. * Managing and updating physical and digital filing systems. * Recording income, expense, and daily journal entries according to the Accountant’s guidelines. * Identifying and reporting discrepancies or inconsistencies in processed information. **Skills and competencies** * Attention to detail. * Document organization (physical and digital). * Sense of urgency. * Responsible handling of confidential information. * Clear and professional communication. * Ability to identify inconsistencies. * Adaptability to processes and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (mandatory).
