




**An important company is looking for a Warehouse Operator** **Position objective:** Efficiently carry out activities related to the receipt, arrangement, registration, storage, and supply of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper product rotation based on the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, maintaining order, cleanliness, and inventory control in the warehouse. Comply with quality, food safety, and traceability standards required by the food industry. **Requirements:** · Required Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Technician in Food Processing, or a related field in the food industry. · Age: 25 to 45 years · Gender: Indifferent · Physical condition: Good physical condition to perform loading and unloading tasks · Minimum experience: 2 years as a warehouse operator in the food industry or similar. **Specific knowledge:** · Control and management of physical and digital inventories · Loading and unloading of raw materials (food products, especially eggs) · Storage and preservation of perishable products · Inventory rotation using the FIFO system · Control of expiration dates and traceability · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene standards · Timely notification of materials nearing expiration · Use of inventory systems (Excel, SAP, or similar) · Forklift operation (desirable, with valid certification) **Skills and competencies:** · High responsibility and commitment · Organization and control · Order and cleanliness · Attention to detail · Proactivity and ability to work under pressure · Effective communication · Teamwork · Sense of urgency and results-oriented. **Main responsibilities:** · Receive and verify raw materials and finished products according to corresponding documentation. · Validate physical conditions, labeling, and expiration dates upon receipt. · Record entries and exits in inventory control systems. · Arrange materials in an orderly manner following the FIFO system. · Promptly report products nearing expiration to ensure proper rotation. · Supply raw materials to production according to schedules and work orders. · Conduct physical and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies or losses. · Maintain the warehouse in optimal conditions of hygiene and safety. · Participate in internal or external audits related to food safety and traceability. · Assist in material loading and unloading tasks. · Comply with quality, safety, hygiene, and food safety guidelines. **We offer:** · Monthly gross salary: $15,000 MXN · Statutory benefits · Ongoing training · Job stability and growth opportunities.
