Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic operations leader with a commercial DNA to transform teams, motivate collaborators, and ensure operational excellence across multiple branches. (9 branches) **Are you an operations strategist with a commercial DNA?** **We are looking for an authentic leader—if you have experience transforming teams and managing multiple branches, we want you!** **Your Primary Mission:** Successfully implement our value proposition among our collaborators, motivating them, driving them forward, and guiding them to achieve their goals. **What Will You Do With Us?** * **Mobile Leadership:** You will be constantly in the field, visiting all units weekly to ensure operational excellence. * **Sales Focus:** You will set sales targets per branch and per position, training clinical staff to identify service opportunities and improve the average transaction value. * **Dynamic Management:** You will resolve personnel and resource issues in real time, ensuring no branch experiences operational downtime. * **Strategic Reporting:** You will serve as the General Director’s right hand, delivering accurate and reliable data. **Who Are We Looking For?** * Professionals in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Health Management. * Leaders who have successfully transformed their teams’ culture. * **Proven experience (minimum 3 years)** coordinating multiple branches (Retail, Health, or Services). * **Mandatory:** Own vehicle and high availability for travel within the city of Puebla. Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
