Opportunity for individuals seeking operational work **Job Objective** Support operational activities, including dough preparation for flour tortillas, machinery cleaning, product packaging, production recordkeeping, and point-of-sale customer service, ensuring quality, order, and process efficiency. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare dough for flour tortillas. * Perform basic operation and cleaning of machinery. * Package and label finished products. * Record daily production. * Assist with dispatch and in-store customer service. * Organize and clean the work area. * Support packaging of other products manufactured by Su Canasta. **Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area. * Comply with quality and hygiene standards. * Accurately record daily production. * Timely and proper support in all assigned tasks. * Ensure proper use of tools and machinery. **Requirements** * Education: Completed junior high school (minimum). * Experience: Not mandatory (experience in production or food industry preferred). * Availability for operational work. * Good physical condition. **Skills** * Responsibility. * Teamwork. * Speed and efficiency. * Attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude.
