CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING: ARCHITECT Job Description REQUIRED AREAS: * Construction and remodeling * Software: intermediate-advanced proficiency in Opus, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc. * Design, execution, and management RESPONSIBILITIES: Schedule and oversee project planning Analyze and supervise costs Supervise architectural construction Prepare construction reports and project progress updates Coordinate operational activities Draft preliminary surveys and blueprints according to project requirements (demolitions, special permits, tree removal, land-use changes, feasibility studies) Develop conceptual and executive designs, alongside concurrent supervision of architectural construction Provide reports, meeting minutes, and status updates Conduct site visits to assess the physical and financial status of construction projects Understand requirements and procedures for project finalization and follow up on delivery-reception documentation Design detailed blueprints and specifications SKILLS: - Analytical - Responsible - Creative - Productive Work location: TLAJOMULCO, JALISCO Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM . - REQUIREMENTS - Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Knowledge: Creativity, Administration, Adobe, Analysis, Cost analysis, AutoCAD, Construction, Organization, Project planning WE OFFER: * STATUTORY BENEFITS * WEEKLY SALARY * OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH Employment type: Full-time Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
