Corporate Legal Analyst

**Job Objective**
Manage, control and formalize the firm’s corporate and contractual acts through comprehensive administration of corporate documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct legal structuring of corporate acts.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Analyze, draft, review and safeguard corporate and contractual documentation—including minutes of shareholders’ meetings, powers of attorney and contracts—ensuring legal accuracy, formal validity and regulatory consistency.
* Administer, update and secure corporate books and legal files, ensuring timely fulfillment of corporate obligations and maintaining complete, organized and continuously updated records.
* Coordinate and comprehensively manage notarial protocolization processes, from preparation through completion.
* Serve as a specialized operational liaison with notaries and internal departments for legal procedures, safeguarding all sensitive legal information.
**Required ProfileEducation**
* Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree holder).
Specific Experience (Mandatory)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Law, Corporate Affairs or Notarial Practice.
* Strictly corporate profile, **not litigation-oriented.**
* **Verifiable** experience in:
* Minutes of shareholders’ meetings.
* Corporate books.
* Notarial protocolizations.
* Registry and corporate procedures.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* In-depth knowledge of commercial companies, corporate and notarial procedures, and corporate governance principles.
* Advanced drafting and review of corporate legal instruments.
* Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Word and Excel).

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; weekends off
