The role focuses on learning standard operational processes, safety practices, and quality requirements while contributing to team and organizational efficiency. **Education \& Experience** Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory. **Responsibilities** Support daily activities and assigned tasks under supervision. Assist with documentation, coordination, data handling, and routine activities as required. Participate in learning standard processes, safety practices, and quality requirements. Contribute to project\-related work and continuous improvement initiatives while following established policies and timelines. **Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level)** Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. **Leadership Capabilities (People Leader) "M" Career Stream** NA We require an Intern with a Mechanical Engineering or Communications and Electronics Engineering background for internal MS metrics and area development, with specific competencies in tool handling, mechanical knowledge, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity. **1\. Intern Strengths and Skills** * Proactivity and willingness to continuously learn SMT and BKD processes. * Basic analytical and problem-solving ability on the production floor. * Teamwork and effective communication with operational and engineering departments. **2\. Expected Goals and Outcomes** * Support improved SMT equipment performance through data tracking and analysis. * Contribute to reduced failures and downtime via maintenance and monitoring activities. * Generate technical documentation and reports to support decision-making in the department. **3\. Required Technical Skills** * Basic knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Ability to interpret electrical and/or electronic diagrams and use hand tools.
