




Quality Inspector Packaging AGAVE SYRUP : **ACTIVITIES** Release material kits for packaging (in the absence of the Supplies Inspector) according to what is described in HILB44 (Review of packaging kits) to ensure that only correct and previously released materials are used in the packaging processes. Carry out area releases according to what is described in PRLB08 (Area release and cleaning validation) to meet the food safety requirements necessary for the start of the bottle syrup packaging processes. Perform dosing of cleaning chemicals to production areas upon request, according to LICL03 (Chemical concentration for production and packaging cleaning) and record it in FRLB04 (Cleaning chemical dosing control) to ensure their use according to the type of surface and/or equipment to be cleaned. Validate compliance with CCPs and PRPs of the processes in charge, recording results in applicable forms according to PLHA01 (Master HACCP Plan), PLHA02 (PRP Evaluation), and HILB36 (Magnetic trap inspection) to ensure all requirements for manufacturing safe products have been met. Keep the sample retention storage area clean and organized according to assigned locations to facilitate location and maintain sample integrity. Perform verifications of packaging scales to ensure they are in optimal condition before and during use, recording these checks in FRLB119 (Verification of balances and scales). Record inspection of packaging processes in forms FRLB72 (Packaging inspection) or FRLB75 (Glass packaging inspection) as applicable, for confirmation of release or rejection of each produced batch. Take and deliver product samples to the Microbiology Analyst so they can carry out the corresponding analyses for product release as mentioned in HILB21 (Sample collection and preparation: microbiology). Take and deliver product samples to the Laboratory Services Analyst so they can perform external analyses corresponding to customer requirements or FRLB116 (External Analysis Matrix and pre\-shipment samples). Take shipment samples that will be sent to PIT4 for dispatch as representative samples of the shipped product (the sample must go without customer label). Take and safeguard retention samples from each manufactured batch according to what is described in HILB46 (Retention samples) and register them in FRLB90 (Retention sample control) for future reference and to maintain compliance with traceability requirements. Take photographs during the finished product manufacturing process (bulk packaging, bottling, and powder packaging) for the preparation of FRLB88 (Pre\-shipment photographic report) as described in HILB47 (Pre\-shipment photographic evidence). Use only previously reviewed and approved visual aids for inspection and release of the finished product to ensure compliance with packaging and labeling requirements according to the customer and/or destination country. Assign a release, hold, or rejection status to the product based on the inspection results to ensure that only previously validated and safe products are released.
