We are currently seeking an **EMBROIDERER** in the EL ÁLAMO INDUSTRIAL ZONE; candidates must have **availability to work in the afternoon.** **Job Objective:** Correctly and orderly perform the de-pilling process, meeting the quality standards required for the finished product. **Requirements:** * High school or junior high school diploma. * Attention to detail. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret technical sheets and embroidery orders to prepare for embroidery work. * Prepare and validate resources for programming the embroidery machine. * Organize and verify garments to be processed according to the embroidery order and technical sheet. * Supervise the embroidery process performed by machines. * Report findings identified during machine embroidery execution. * Perform basic maintenance on embroidery machines and report any technical issues. * Record processed orders and pieces along the critical path. * Notify completion of processed orders to assign new orders for execution. **Prior experience in the textile industry is preferred.** **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits and **above-standard benefits.** * Savings fund. * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance. * Productivity and attendance bonuses. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Productivity bonus: 25% of monthly salary. * Free psychological support. * ***AFTERNOON*** shift from Monday to Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. *Start in September* \| *El Álamo Industrial Zone* Apply with your updated CV.
