As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your work will directly impact the health and well-being of our patients. Location: Salud Digna based in Las Águilas, with on-site and remote support to: * Las Águilas * Tlajomulco * Tlajomulco Centro Uber Business is used when traveling between clinics. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM \| Sunday off. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology Administration, Computer Science, or related field — \>NO TECHNICAL DEGREES\< ● 2 years of experience in technical support, IT asset administration, networking, and systems. ● Knowledge of: software installation, technical support, structured cabling and node labeling, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, printer and computer configuration, camera and CCTV installation, IP telephony. ● Willingness to travel occasionally. Areas covered: León Hidalgo, Francisco Villa, San Pedro, Campestre, San Francisco del Rincón, Torres Landa, Silao. Uber Business is used depending on distance. Responsibilities: ● Record activities in the ticketing system. ● Manage hardware and software inventory under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with equipment usage policies. ● Identify human and infrastructure improvement opportunities, facilitating resolution strategies and establishing commitments with involved personnel/areas. ● Monitor the network and verify compliance with institutional internet usage policies—both wired and wireless—and manage backups of the company's sensitive information. ● Address software and hardware needs and effectiveness at each assigned center, generating performance analysis reports. ● Verify compliance with institutional internet usage policies—both wired and wireless—and manage backups of the company's sensitive information.
