Manage inventory control, supervise product shrinkage and expiration dates to optimize resources. Maintain contact and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and favorable commercial terms. Supervise and train department staff, motivating a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Drive sales of candies, chocolates, and snacks, guaranteeing an attractive and satisfying shopping experience for customers. * Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Over 1 year as a supervisor or manager in food departments; if you have experience at McDonald's, Subway, Domino's Pizza, Starbucks, movie theaters, etc., this vacancy is for you. Preference given to candidates with prior experience managing movie theater concessions, cafeterias, or self-service stores—handling sales, inventory, shrinkage control, and staff supervision. Experience in food and beverage departments.
