We have a network of branches in the State of Mexico and are looking to strengthen our team with committed individuals. **Job Objective** Manage activities efficiently through analysis, evaluation, and supervision of personnel under your charge, in order to ensure customer purchase satisfaction and repeat business. **Responsibilities** * Develop sales plans aligned with commercial objectives. * Support store managers with the daily operations of their stores. * Report sales results to senior management. * Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities. * Store visits. * Identify hiring needs, select, and train new sales staff. * Address potential issues and propose prompt solutions. * Suggest new products/services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement work plans. * Analyze and interpret results. * Participate in expansion or acquisition decisions. * Plan the structure for new branches. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role managing multiple business units, preferably in retail or self-service stores. * Proficiency in key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, profitability, shrinkage, inventory, staff turnover, average transaction value, expense control, and cash control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel at 70% proficiency). * Knowledge of retail KPIs (Sell-Through Rate, sold inventory, customer loyalty, returns). * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Relations, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
