Will be responsible for process\-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization. **What a regular day looks like:** * PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement; * New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling; * Customer and internal communication; * Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability; * Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters; * Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements; * Evaluate and select various engineered materials; * Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products; * Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in\-house capabilities; * Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods; * Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer; * Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer. **Experience we are looking to add to our team:** * Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering). * Bachelor or above degree. * Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly. * PCBA critical repair Knowledge. * Implementation of manufacturing controls. * SMT and BOX experience. * Root cause analysis and troubleshooting experience. * Intermediate \- Advanced English communication. * good at report editing capability. * Have good communication skill with OEM customer. * Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge. * Can use statistic method to analysis. **Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
