We possess extensive experience in project management, supervision, and administration for hospitality projects. VIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in hospitality and high-rise residential projects. Position Objective: To effectively manage project construction, ensuring progress meets agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and budgets, using the company’s proprietary project management methodology. Responsibilities: * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule and delivery of defined deliverables. * Lead kick-off, progress tracking, and status review meetings with clients and contractors. * Develop and manage a team of collaborators. * Optimize processes and outcomes. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and high-rise residential projects. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with BIM systems. * Knowledge and application of Lean Construction principles. * Project Management certification (PMI) is preferred. * Proficiency in cost estimation, unit pricing, and cost generators.
