Systems Manager Job Description A leading company is seeking a Systems Manager responsible for administration, support, and operational continuity of the technological infrastructure, ERP systems, networks, and communications—ensuring proper operation of warehouse, logistics, sales, administration, and e-commerce activities. The position requires experience with SAP Business One (SQL and HANA), operating systems, networks, servers, and comprehensive user support in an operational environment. Required Knowledge and Experience Proficiency in SAP Business One (SQL and/or HANA) as the primary ERP system. Administration and support of the R1 system. Administration and support of LISA WMS. Proficiency in Crystal Reports for report generation. Creation and management of SQL queries within SAP and databases. Administration of Windows Server. User support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). Support and configuration of operational mobile devices: Handheld Ring-type scanner Corporate mobile phones Knowledge of structured cabling, conduit installation, and IP networks. Basic administration of enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, IP addressing). Knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet preferred). Configuration of networking equipment (modems, switches, and links). Basic knowledge of analog telephony and PBX systems. Management of IT technology and consumables vendors. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Supremo, Remote Desktop). Antivirus and cybersecurity administration (Sophos or similar preferred). CCTV configuration and support. Domain, email, and web service administration (NEUBOX or similar). Support for corporate e-commerce platforms. VPN and inter-branch remote connection administration. Basic knowledge of time clock systems (ZKT or similar). Modem and internet service configuration. Main Responsibilities Administration of SQL and SAP HANA database backups. Support and administration of SAP Business One and its modules: Management Finance Sales Purchasing Business Partners Banking Inventory Operational support for office, warehouse, and branch users. Incident response for systems, network, and infrastructure issues. Administration of mission-critical operational systems (SAP, R1, WMS). Maintenance of the company’s technological infrastructure. Real-time support for logistics and distribution operations. IT vendor and technology services management. Ensuring connectivity among branches, warehouses, and offices. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 40 minutes for breakfast 1 hour for lunch Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 40 minutes for breakfast We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
