Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bartender/mixologist with expertise in cocktail preparation, mixology, and customer service to work collaboratively, with enthusiasm for sales, organization, and cleanliness. Performs opening, closing, and inventory tasks Available to commute to Plaza Landmark in Zapopan, Jalisco · Prepares cocktails at the restaurant bar. Experienced and knowledgeable in cocktail preparation, mixology, distilled spirits, and coffee barista skills. Performs opening and closing duties, cleans their assigned area; we require a passion for service and speed in delivering service. Teamwork, excellent client interaction, and enthusiasm for sales, organization, and area cleanliness are essential. Conducts product inventories on a monthly and weekly basis. Available to work rotating shifts including opening and closing shifts.
