We are seeking your talent as an HR Analyst**:** **OBJECTIVE:** Optimize human talent management, identify areas for improvement in employee performance, and contribute to achieving organizational goals through proper administration of human resources. As well as implement policies and programs that support employee development and well-being, using data-driven decision-making to improve organizational efficiency and productivity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive personnel requisitions to initiate the recruitment process based on a job description. * Conduct recruitment by posting vacancies on company-approved internal and external recruitment channels. * Interview candidates, applying technical and psychometric evaluations to ensure alignment with the job profile and Organizational Philosophy; this process includes initial interviews, competency assessment, technical knowledge, and skills evaluation. * Assign psychometric tests via the Psicoweb platform. * Compile candidate files (resume, job application, interview checklist, references) to form a shortlist of viable candidates, then contact the department head or vacancy requester for evaluation and selection. * Verify educational credentials (direct validation with the issuing institution). * Conduct immediate supervisor and director verifications for strategic profiles. * Perform candidate work background checks. * Monitor and track the progress and status of each candidate's recruitment and selection process, keeping the department head or vacancy requester informed. * Notify candidates of the outcome via phone or email. * Request necessary documentation from selected candidates to begin the hiring process, ensuring legal validity of academic documents (certificates, degree, license). * Verify the professional license number on the National Professional Registry website. * Provide uniforms to operational staff, issue identification badges, name tags, assign lockers, and register employees in the time clock system. * Generate daily reports tracking vacancy control indicators and coverage. * Participate in organizing institutional hospital events. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree/Engineering (degree required) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Recruitment, talent development, Federal Labor Law, union management.
