Due to Company Growth WE SEEK: Construction Control Coordinator REQUIREMENTS: Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree Ages 30 to 45 Minimum 9 years of experience in Construction Control, including expertise in preparing progress reports, unit pricing, compiling estimates, and operating ERP systems. Main Responsibilities: **Supervision of Control Residents**: Coordinate and validate the work of Control Residents, ensuring accurate recording of progress, progress reports, estimates, and consumption in the ERP system. **Budget Control**: Verify that actual costs recorded in the system do not exceed the authorized budget, issuing timely alerts upon deviations. Ensure all information uploaded into the system is technically and financially supported. **Anticipation of Inputs**: Promptly identify shortages of inputs, materials, or cost items in the ERP system that could hinder operations, and notify the relevant departments. Warehouse Transfer Control: Verify that material and equipment transfers are correctly recorded under the corresponding project, respecting cost, depreciation, and cost center. **Management of Extraordinary Items**: Track extraordinary payments made on-site, ensuring they are integrated into the system and submitted for billing within a maximum of 15 days.
