Job Objectives: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all stages of the production process through rigorous monitoring, inspection, and analysis of raw materials and finished products. Propose and implement preventive and corrective actions, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with current regulations (NOM, NMX, ISO) to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. Preferred Experience: Inspect, evaluate, approve or reject raw materials upon receipt, as well as in-process and finished products. Perform basic physicochemical and bromatological analyses to ensure routine monitoring and product safety. KPI management.
