GRUPO IRM A leading manufacturing company in the mechanical metal industry is seeking: Warehouse Manager Objective: Effectively supervise and coordinate all administrative and operational activities related to warehouse handling, as well as the distribution and restocking of raw materials, ensuring efficient material flow management and guaranteeing adequate availability to meet operational demands in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics Degree. * Inventory management experience with ERP systems. (SAP experience preferred) * Proficiency in Office software, advanced Excel * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain * Leadership and team management skills * Forklift operation * Shipping knowledge Responsibilities: * Directly supervise the proper execution of the material receiving process and distribution to all production areas requiring it. * Plan and anticipate material distribution according to the production schedule * Measure, control, and reduce material restocking times * Directly supervise the correct distribution and restocking of raw materials * Define, implement, and improve the raw material restocking process * Reduce and optimize overall inventory levels * Conduct fiscal inventory counts * Supervise the work of assigned personnel Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Warehouse manager: 1 year (Mandatory) * Warehouse management: 2 years (Mandatory) * Forklift operation: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site position
