The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests across various applications and environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * + Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner, NeoLoad, and JMeter (a highly useful tool) for web and multi-protocol applications. + Use performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, and Dynatrace to obtain real-time diagnostics and performance analysis. + Analyze test results to identify system bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis and recommendations to optimize performance. + Collaborate with teams to define performance testing requirements, test data needs, and workload models. + Generate comprehensive performance test reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. + Conduct comprehensive performance testing in on-premise and cloud environments, leveraging cloud-based testing tools where appropriate. + Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams to continuously improve performance within CI/CD pipelines. + Preferred: Experience with CRM systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). **Preferred Skills and Qualifications:** * + More than 6 **years of hands-on experience** in **performance testing**. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex system behavior. + Excellent communication and documentation skills. + Experience with **Agile/Scrum development methodologies**. + Relevant certifications in performance testing or monitoring tools (preferred but not mandatory). **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage of 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
